Emotional healing is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and literally release trapped emotions-which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions may cause stress, anxiety; they can block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others.
The past several months have been filled with lessons; more intensely than earlier in my life. I have been learning to take responsibility for previously taking my health and healing more or less for granted and now assist my body more consciously with healing. A second foundational lesson is that I have been unable to find and walk a successful path to healing without the skillful and soulful guidance and sometimes plain our instructions from a kindred soul who truly cares that I heal. And that is when Steve enters and things start changing/healing slowly at first and build stronger momentum with each contact. It would be impossible to be where I am now without my coach and friend by y side. The changing symptoms don't change that I can count him to be there. He shares his wisdom and gentle humor as we inch along and sometimes run ahead on the journey. What I feel I can't handle, he does. Thank you, Steve, for being you and helping me.
